I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. Growing up in a traditional Korean family, I naturally learned how to interact and genuinely care for the health and wellbeing of the community.
In Korean, Hae(해), means the Sun. In Chinese, Hae( 海), means the Ocean. Just like the sun and the ocean share their nature and nourish us, I want to share my nature, trained skills and knowledge to help your body and mind get healthy and happy.
